Paris McLeod helped the Lady Pioneers pick up a 52 point victory over the Rams of Shepherd University on Saturday afternoon as she finished the contest with a triple-double.
Glenville State (15-3, 9-3) would get off to a fast start early in the first quarter as they poured in 39 points leading Shepherd after one, 39-16. GSC would end up taking a 25 point lead into halftime, 61-36.
In the second half it would be all GSC as they went onto defeat the Rams 122-70 as they got back into the win column.
Glenville State's defense forced 26 turnovers and scored 40 points off of them while they also had 26 second chance points to Shepherd's six points. GSC won the battle on the boards as they out rebounded the Rams 60 to 40.
The Lady Pioneers shot 42 percent from the floor and as they went 45-of-105 and finished 42 percent from deep going 24-of-56.
Paris McLeod had an amazing game as she finished with a triple-double, first of her career, as she finished with 20 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists.
Odyssey Trussell led the way for GSC as she scored a game high 25 points as she went 7-of-10 from deep. 
Courtney Davis chipped in with 13 points and nine rebounds while 
Erika Toney scored 12 points and also had nine rebounds.
Also for GSC 
Brittany Jackson chipped in with 12 points and 
Tayana Stewart finished with 10 points.
Shepherd (8-12, 5-7) was led by Morgan Arden as she scored 14 points and had five assists.
Glenville State will return to action on Thursday, January 26
th as they host the Blue Knight of Urbana University at 5:30 p.m.
