GLENVILLE – Wrestling for the first time in tournament action for almost a month, Glenville State's squads returned to the mat Saturday in the Kutztown Duals in Pennsylvania. Coach
Dylan Cottrell's unit battled some tough competition, falling to Pitt-Johnstown 31-8, Kutztown 38-12, and Seton Hill 39-21.
Cole Houser at the 184 weight class led the way for the Pioneers, going 3-0 in the the event, followed by
Ethan Hardy who went 2-1 at 141. Three other GSC wrestlers posted single victories on the day;
Tristan Pugh at 157, Hunter DeLong at 174, and
Jordan Williams at 197.
Now sporting an overall dual match record of 14-6, GSC is set to return to action on January 20 at conference rival Notre Dame.
