Glenville State Women’s Golf Team Set New School Record at South Carolina Beaufort

Beaufort, S.C. - Glenville State Women's Golf Team wrapped up the two-day event at the Outfield Golf Club hosted by South Carolina Beaufort. Wrapping up the tournament with a 958 the Lady Pioneers finished eighth. Glenville with their 958 sets a new program record for their lowest three-round score.

Freshman Hailey Hendershot strung together a solid performance through the three rounds. As an individual Hendershot placed 11th out of a 65-athlete field. During all three rounds, Hailey was able to post scores in the 70s. Her best round came in the first round shooting a 75 which was the lowest of any Lady Pioneer throughout the tournament.

Grace Halcrow was close behind Hendershot with a 240 for the tournament. Halcrow's best round came during the second where she shot an impressive 76. Sophomore Kendall Wall finished one stroke behind Halcrow and just outside the top 25. Elizabeth Bickar and Holly Elliot wrapped up Glenville's scorecard with a 246 and 252.

Glenville State Women's Golf will be back in action from March 12th through March 14th at the University of Missouri Saint. Louis.
