Glenville State Acrobatics and Tumbling 450 Salto Toss Unit Qualify for Nationals

Glenville, W.Va. - With the National Collegiate Acrobatics and Tumbling Association (NCATA) announcement of the 2023 National Championship field, the Lady Pioneers have had one heat qualify. 

The 450 Salto Toss unit of Ahston Lowe, Sadie Eddins, Mackenzie Bathe, Autumn Spangler, and Savannah Duckworth will be competing for an individual title. This year's championship will be hosted by West Liberty University at the Academic, Sports and Recreation Complex. 

The event finals will conclude the championship weekend on Sunday, April 30th at 11:00 AM. GSU's 450 Salto Toss squad had solid performances throughout the 2023 campaign. On average Lowe, Eddins, Bathe, Spangler, and Duckworth were posting a score of 9.470. With a score of 9.470, the Lady Pioneers received the #1 at-large rank.
