Lady Pioneer Golf Places 14th at NCAA DII East Regional

Springfield, Ill - Glenville State Women's Golf wraps up the 2023 campaign at the NCAA D2 East Regioanl. After a slow day one the Lady Pioneers found themselves in last in the field. GSU rallied in the final two days to jump PSAC foe Gannon University.

Throughout the three day event Sophomore Kendall Wall led the Lady Pioneers. During the first two rounds Wall was 16 over. She closed out the regional with a stellar final round shooting a 72 to finish tied for 32nd. Simarly to Kendall, Grace Hallcrow also saw major improvement from the first day. In her final two rounds Halcrow was seven over par and finishing the tournament inside the top 50.

Freshman Hailey Hendershott was consistent throughout the event posting an 83, 82, and an 81. Junior Lizzie Bickar wrapped up Glenville State's card with a three round score of 250. Holly Elliot was close behind finishing just five strokes back of Bickar.
