GLENVILLE, W.Va. - Glenville State Wrestling is coming off one of their strongest performances of the season this past weekend at the NWCA National Duals and they look to carry that momentum into this week, squaring off with Fairmont State on Wednesday (Jan. 10) and competing in the Super Region 3 Duals on Saturday (Jan. 13). The Pioneers will host the Falcons on Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Parkersburg South High School and travel to Tiffin for the Super Region 3 Duals. 

With a 3-2 team finish and two top five victories this past weekend, Glenville State heads into Wednesday's bout with Fairmont State hot. Gavin Quiocho and Gaetano DeLeonardis went 5-0 while Brady Ross went 4-1 and Gavin Shamblin finished 3-2 to help secure the Pioneers three top 20 wins. The Falcons previously competed at the FSU Invite on Saturday, placing 7th out of 15 teams. 

On Saturday, GSU will travel to Tiffin University for the Super Region 3 Duals. This will give the Pioneers another opportunity to square off with regional opponents before postseason play starts.
