FINDLAY, Ohio – The Glenville State Wrestling team had eight Pioneers place at today's loaded Findlay Open. The 25-team field had mix of all divisions, including five Division I teams.
At 125, West Virginia transfer
Colton Drousias took 8
th place after starting out 2-0 in his first two matches of the day.
Gavin Quiocho (5
th) and Northern Illinois transfer
Caleb Brooks (6
th) both earned placements in the 141lb class. Laranzo Rajaonarivelo, who recently made his way into the national rankings, took 5
th at 157. After falling in his first match of the day,
Kyle Homet rallied five wins in a row before finally losing by no contest in his final match, taking 6
th.
Nick Johnson (3
rd, 197) and
Isaiha Casto (3
rd, 285) had the highest finishes on the squad while
Colby Whitehill (8
th, 285) capped off the day for GSU.

The Pioneers will be off for just over two weeks before returning to the mat on Dec. 1 at the Carolina Clash in Greenwood S.C.
