GLENVILLE, W.Va. – Glenville State athletes Nwando Okigbo and Devin Collins have been picked GoMart Pioneers of the Week, the GSU Athletic Department announced.

Okigbo, a freshman from Anambra, Nigeria, averaged 10.5 PPG, 9.0 RPG and shot 45% from the field in the Lady Pioneers two games last week. Okigbo only scored two points and grabbed six boards against Ursuline but bounced back with 19 points and 12 rebounds at West Virginia State.

Collins, a graduate transfer from Pikeville, had 24 points, seven rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal in the Pioneers close loss at West Virginia State on Saturday. On the young season, Collins is averaging 19.3 PPG in three games played.
