THE OPPONENT
FROSTBURG STATE

The Bobcats enter (1-1, 1-0 MEC) after opening the season up with a victory over Notre Dame College but falling to #4 Gannon last week at home.

Katie Nunley is in her fourth year leading the Bobcats A&T program. Last year, the Nunley-led Bobcats captured the MEC regular season and tournament title while also earning the #7 seed in the NCATA National Tournament. She was voted the NCATA National Coach of the Year and the Bobcats won the Open Pyramid National Event as well. She came to FSU after being an assistant coach at Adrian College.

FSU finished with a score of 259.545 against NDC, topping that with a score of 260.590 against #4 Gannon. Laiken Spahr was named the MEC A&T Athlete of the Week two weeks ago after helping lead the Bobcats to their win over Notre Dame College.

THE PIONEERS
GLENVILLE STATE

The Pioneers come in (1-1, 1-1 MEC) following a loss to #7 Fairmont State on Feb. 11. GSU opened the year up with a program-high score of 265.915 when they defeated West Liberty in Glenville.

In the loss at FSU, the Pioneers scored 259.390 compared to the Falcons score of 269.145. Though the score was not what GSU was hoping for, Head Coach Taylor Broadwater mentioned on the Pioneer Coaches Show that the team and herself were pleased with how they performed and she believes that after another good week of practice, they are prepared for tomorrow's matchup.
