GLENVILLE, W.Va. – Glenville State Women's Basketball is set for a road matchup at Bluefield State on Thanksgiving week with a Tuesday (Nov. 25) bout in store for the Lady Pioneers.

2025-26 Season
Paul Davis is in his fifth year leading the program, as the Big Blue are (1-3) overall and are coming off losses against Concord and West Virgina State last week.

They are led by Jasmine Jenkins, who averages just over 14 points a game and five rebounds. Glenville State transfer guard Jhakia Gist averages just shy of 13 points per contest and also leads the team in assists. The leading rebounder for Bluefield state is Azahreya Drayton-Gill as she is grabbing over six rebounds a game while scoring eight.

2025-26 Season
Glenville State remains unbeaten (3-0) on the young season and are looking to build on their road win streak of three as they will not play a game inside the Waco Center until early December.

The Lady Pioneers are led by reigning MEC Freshman of the Year Nwando Okigbo, continuing to average impressive scoring and rebounding numbers with 11 points and 13 rebounds per contest, while also getting it done on the defensive end as the 6-footer is leading the team in blocks with seven. Senior Salem transfer guard Carine Pinkney averages 12 points and has eight assists and five steals on the year. Marshall import Jayda Allie is shooting 40% from three on 20 attempts and averages 10 points per game.
