SEATTLE, Wash. – Glenville State Acrobatics & Tumbling athletes Payten Semenske and Aubrey Ward have earned NCATA Weekly recognition, the association announced.

Semenske earned NCATA Honorable Mention Specialist of the Week as the senior from Statesville, N.C. was a standout in the pyramid event last week for the Pioneers. Her performance was highlighted by a 9.85 in the open pyramid and a 9.65 in the inversion pyramid.

Ward was named NCATA Honorable Mention Freshman of the Week after competing in nine heats and team event for GSU this weekend. Her performance was highlighted by a 9.65 in the invasion pyramid and a 9.50 in the synchronized pyramid.
