BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. - Glenville State base Payten Semenske has been awarded Mountain East Conference Specialist of the Week, the league announced today. The weekly award is presented by The Health Plan.

Semenske, a senior from Statesville, N.C., was a huge contributor in the Pioneers win over West Virginia State last week. She contributed majorly in the pyramid event as the mid for all three, of which start from a 10. GSU's Inversion and Open pyramid tied for the highest scores of the meet with a score of 9.85 and the running total for the day on the event was a 29.25/30.
