Soon after Quiroz put a shot on target, but Seggelmann came up with another save to preserve the Yellow Jacket lead.

Johnson-Derrick made saves on attempts from Leila Karam and Maria Alejandra Hernandez Diaz to keep the Pioneers within reach. The Yellow Jackets added another goal in the 81st minute to cushion the lead. Okoro found the back of the net to extend the advantage to 2-0.
