GLENVILLE, W.Va. – Glenville State Acrobatics & Tumbling has been ranked 12^th in the NCATA National Preseason Poll, the association announced.
 
The Pioneers entered the Top 15 last season, coming in at No. 13 at the end of the season. Their ranking in 2025 was the first time the GSU A&T program entered the poll since 2019.
 
MEC foe Fairmont State also entered the preseason poll at No. 6, as the Falcons are the reigning MEC champions and came in at No. 1 in the MEC Preseason Poll. Baylor, Oregon, Quinnipiac, Iona and Augustana were picked in front of FSU while Duquesne, Mary-Hardin Baylor, Gannon, Azusa Pacific and Saint Leo were selected before Glenville State. Hawaii Pacific (13^th), Lander (14^th) and La Salle (15^th) rounded out the preseason poll.
 
GSU opens the 2026 season next Thursday (Feb. 12) at home against Bluefield State and Wheeling. Action starts at 6 p.m. inside the Waco Center and will be streaming on the Mountain East Conference Digital Network.
