BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. - Glenville State Acrobatics & Tumbling star Savannah Duckworth has been tabbed Mountain East Conference Athlete of the Week, the league announced. The weekly award is presented by The Health Plan.

Duckworth, a senior out of Worthington, W.Va., has been a pivotal piece of the Pioneers all season long and that proved to be true once again in Acro & Tumbling's season-high performance at West Liberty. In the win on Sunday, Duckworth was a top in compulsory acro, which GSU posted a program record with a score of 9.50. The top / tumbler was also crucial in the Pioneers posting season high's in the tumbling event, 5-Element acro, heat two pyramid and team event.
