Gannon opened the meet strong, winning the Compulsory Event 38.40–37.80 thanks to an impressive 9.900 in the Toss heat and a 9.850 in Pyramid. The Golden Knights also matched Oregon in the Pyramid Event with a score of 29.50, another season best. THE PIONEERS
GLENVILLE STATE
Glenville State enters the meet with a perfect (5-0) overall record and (4-0) MEC mark after earning a road victory over Frostburg State in their most recent outing.

The Pioneers held a narrow lead early after splitting the Compulsory heats before pulling ahead through strong performances in the Acro and Pyramid events. Glenville extended its advantage before halftime, highlighted by a 9.95 in the Pyramid Inversion heat and a 9.90 in the Open heat. Glenville continued to perform well in the second half, winning the Toss Event and posting several scores above 9.20 in the solo passes during the Tumbling Event. Although Frostburg State claimed the Team Event, the Pioneers maintained their overall lead to secure a 242.285–237.825 victory.

Tuesday's meet will be another opportunity for Glenville State to build on its strong start as the Pioneers continue the 2026 season.
