BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. – Glenville State Acrobatics & Tumbling standout senior
Delaney Rosales has been tabbed the 2026 Mountain East Conference Specialist of the Year, the league announced.
Rosales, who hails from South Elgin, Ill., is the second consecutive Pioneer to win the award after
Payten Semenske won MEC Specialist of the Year in 2025. Rosales was recognized as the league's Specialist of the Week twice and helped Glenville State post 17 scores of 9.5 or higher in pyramid. In the open and inversion pyramid events, GSU has not scored below a 9.7 (open) and 9.55 (inversion) with Rosales in the lineup.
