FAIRMONT, W. Va. – The Glenville State Acrobatics & Tumbling team punched their ticket to the MEC Championship Saturday (Apr. 11) evening, defeating Frostburg State, 254.475–249.420, in the MEC Semifinals.
The meet opened with a tightly contested Compulsory Event, where the Pioneers held a slim 36.375–36.175 advantage after the four heats. Glenville posted the top scores in both the Pyramid (9.725) and Toss (9.775), while Frostburg claimed the Acro and Tumbling heats to keep things close early.
