FAIRMONT, W.Va. – The Glenville State Women's Golf team finished second at the MEC Spring Classic over two rounds Sunday (Apr. 12) and Monday (Apr. 13). The GSU women shot a combined 80 over par for the two rounds, while winner University of Charleston shot 65 over par. Fairmont State finished third at plus 106, Wheeling in fourth at plus 152, and Concord in fifth at plus 217.

Mackenzie Czapla led the team at 16 over for both rounds shooting rounds of 78 and 78. Abby Ankenman shot 21 over with rounds of 85 and 76, Elaina Seeley carded rounds of 79 and 83 while MEC Freshman of the Year Moa Lindgren, and Sydney Ater posted 26 over par for the two rounds.
