EMPORIA, Kan. - Glenville State Track & Field star
Janae Scott has done it once again, becoming the first-ever female outdoor Pioneer to earn All-American status at the NCAA DII Track & Field Outdoor Championships in Kansas.
Scott, who was the first-ever female Pioneer to be an All-American in March, garnered her Second Team All-American honor with a 14.35m throw in the shot put. Her 14th-place finish is the same as her indoor placement and is a .17m longer throw as the Doylestown, Pa. native beat out eight other competitors.
