Cara Minor enters her second season as a Graduate Assistant for the Glenville State Women's Basketball program in 2025-26.
In her first year on the bench, the Lady Pioneers finished the year (19-12, 11-9 MEC) and advanced to the MEC Tournament Championship game before falling to Fairmont State. Tynasia Bunting was All-MEC First Team while Dream Cherry was All-MEC Honorable Mention. Nwando Okigbo became the MEC Freshman of the Year after averaging a double-double (12.0 PPG, 10.2 RPG). Bunting and Okigbo were also on the MEC All-Tournament team.
Minor graduated from Shepard University in 2023 with her Bachelor's Degree in English Education. Minor played on the woman's basketball team at Shepard, winning the PSAC Scholar Award.
Minor is from Hundred, W.Va. where she attended North Marion High School. During her years at North Marion. she won the state championship and made the all-tournament team.
