Glenville, W.Va. – The Glenville State Lady Pioneers volleyball team dropped three sets on the road Friday night at Concord University.

Concord would win the first set big, 25-11. However in the second set GSC would have a strong showing but came up short, 26-24. In the third and final set Concord would defeat Glenville State, 25-16.

Glenville State had 35 total kills in the game while Concord finished the night with 38 kills.

The Lady Pioneers were led by Jazaray Clark-Casto as she finished with a game high 11 kills. She also had two blocks in the match. Bailey Brawner chipped in with nine kills and seven digs.

Madison Smith and Madison Gargus both had eight digs in the game while Gargus also had a team high 17 assists.

Concord was led by Alexi Pranckus as she had a team high eight kills and five digs.

Glenville State (1-22, 0-7) will travel to UVa-Wise tomorrow Saturday, October 22^nd for a 10:00 p.m. matchup with the Cavaliers.
