Glenville, W.Va. – The Glenville State Lady Pioneers volleyball team suffered another loss on Tuesday night on the road to non-conference opponent Davis & Elkins, 3-0.

Glenville State and Davis & Elkins would battle back and fourth in the first set before the Senators took it, 25-19. Davis & Elkins would win big in the second set, 25-4, and they ended up taking the third set from the Lady Pioneers, 25-11.

Haley Wolff led GSC in kills with five and had a team nine digs. Madison Smith finished the night with three kills and seven digs while Madison Gargus had a team high nine assists.

Davis & Elkins was led by Sasha Johnson as she finished with a game high nine kills.

Glenville State (0-14, 0-1) will hit the road this weekend as they travel to Charleston, West Virginia for a tri-match with the University of Charleston Golden Eagles and the Alderson Broaddus Battlers starting at 3:00 p.m.
