Glenville, W.Va. - The Lady Pioneer volleyball team traveled to University of Charleston for a 2 P.M match today. GSC would lose in three straight sets: (25-10, 25-16, 25-12).

For the Pioneers (0-22, 0-13)
Bailey Brawner and
Jezaray Clark-Casto each had five kills.
Madison Gargus and
Allison Parski accounted for eight and seven assists respectively. Parski finished the match with eight digs, while
Ai Miyazaki added seven digs of her own. Parski also notched the only Service Ace for the Pioneers.

The Golden Eagles (13-13, 9-4) were led by Tori Clark with 10 kills, and Carly Granger who finished the day with nine kills. Chloe Massaro had game high 16 assists for Charleston. Kelsey Matusic had 12 digs for the Golden Eagles, while Massaro added 11. Charleston recorded three serve aces on the day.

GSC racked up 24 hitting errors on the day; UC had only six. Charleston also recorded nine blocks compared to the Pioneers one.

Glenville State will return to action next week with three straight home matches to end the season. GSC will host West Virginia Wesleyan Tuesday, November 7
th, at 7 p.m. at the Waco Center.
