Glenville, W.Va. – In the first match up between the Glenville State and Frostburg State, the Bobcats took a late lead downing the Lady Pioneers 0-5 pushing the Blue and White to 2-8 on the year.
Most of the first half was played in a scoreless tie, despite Frostburg State taking significantly more shots. The Bobcats outshot the Lady Pioneers 9-2 as 7-2 were shots on goal edge. The Bobcats broke the scoreless game right before the half leading 1-0.
In the second half, the Bobcats would continue to extend three lead scoring four goals. Frostburg State doubled up Glenville State in shots 18-9, including a 14-8 advantage in shots on goal.
Julia Lesko would lead the Blue and White with three shot on goals, with
Carley Midkiff following behind at two.

Miki Abe, Victoria Porterfiel would each tally a shot on goal.
Morgan Smailes would have eight saves but allow four,
Alyssa Banks would also allow one goal and have one save.
GSU returns to the pitch after their stretch of away matches on Wednesday against Fairmont State at 7pm.
