Glenville State's Volleyball team is back in action Friday night, hosting West Virginia State University in the Waco Center. This will be the second match for each team in Mountain East Conference play.
 
Coach Keven John's Glenville squad enters the contest with an overall mark of 1-5, and 0-1 in the MEC. West Virginia State, one of the league's premier programs under head coach Kris Kern, enters with a 12-2 overall mark, and they are 1-0 in the MEC.
 
Skylar Mace and Sydney Goodrich are tied for the team lead with 34 kills apiece, with Madison Shepherd sporting a team-high 30 digs. Mace has also added nine blocks.
 
Play starts at 7:00 on the McPherson Court.
