WHEELING – Glenville State's #1 ranked Lady Pioneers move on the semifinals of the Mountain East Tournament today, hosting Notre Dame at Mountain East Conference Tournament. Coach Kim Stephens' squad defeated Wheeling in the quarterfinals, setting a league record with 20 steals in the effort.
Notre Dame defeated Concord on Thursday, 69-59 to advance. After a slow start, the Falcons have been on a roll, winning eight of their last 10 contests.
Glenville enters the game with a perfect 28-0 record. With their late season surge, Notre Dame is back above .500 at 15-13.
Tip-off is set for 12:00 at Wheeling's WesBanco Arena.
