The Pioneers continue to rack up Mountain East Conference wins after starting league play (0-3). With a win on Saturday, the GSU can continue to climb the league standings.

A Look at Your Pioneers

In the final seconds of the game, Anthony Craven Jr. hit the game-winning free throws. WVWC is coached by Derek Sloan who enters his second season under the helm.
The Bobcats are coming off a 78-64 defeat to the Mountain Lions of Concord University. Entering halftime West Virginia Wesleyan had a five-point advantage. However, Concord would outscore WVWC in the second half 40-21. Darius Green led the Bobcats in scoring with 25 points.
Coach Sloan's squad averages 62.2 points per game ranking them last in the conference. The Bobcats also give up a conference-high 82.6 points per conference. WVWC does rank around the league average in offensive rebounds per game but rank 12th in team defensive rebounds.
