GLENVILLE, W.Va. - Glenville State Volleyball will be back on the road this week, heading to Davis & Elkins tomorrow (Oct. 24) and Frostburg State on Friday (Oct. 27). The Pioneers swept the Senators earlier in the year inside the Waco Center but haven't met with the Bobcats so far this season.

THE OPPONENTS
DAVIS & ELKINS
The Senators enter (1-19, 0-9 MEC) and are losers of their last nine games. D&E hasn't won a set since they defeated Salem on September 22nd.
Moneshia McKenney is in her first season leading the Senator Volleyball program. Prior to D&E, she was the Head Coach at LaGrange College for their indoor and beach volleyball teams. McKenney started her coaching career at the Division I ranks as an assistant at both Oral Roberts and East Carolina. She played collegiately at Clemson and is one of just seven players in school history to eclipse 1,000 career kills and 1,000 digs.
No Senator has reached the century mark in kills this season, however Gracjana Rozanksa leads the team with 78. Reanne DeBose is right behind her with 76. Simone Daniels (279) and Keira Robinson (129) are the leading setters on the squad. Clara Caralt is at 251 digs on the year.
FROSTBURG STATE
The Bobcats come in (12-12, 3-6 MEC) and are on a three-game winning streak after they had lost three in a row.
Kylie Heyne is in her fourth year leading Frostburg State Volleyball. Last year, she led the Bobcats to a 16-16 record. Heyne came to FSU following a five-year stint as the Head Coach at Davis & Elkins where she took the Senators to the conference tournament four times. She is a Frostburg State alum as well.
Beverly Braun is second in the MEC in kills with an astonishing 303. Two other Bobcats have over 100 kills to back Braun up. Hayley Delor has also been extremely impressive as well, ranking second in the league in assists with 810. Fiona Gonzalez Medina is at 403 digs and Delor is second on the team with 269.
THE PIONEERS
GLENVILLE STATE
The Pioneers enter the week (9-14, 2-7 MEC) after a tough week against West Liberty and Wheeling.
Katarzyna Niderla continues to lead the Glenville offensive attack, sitting at 215 kills for the year now. Rita Kelly (167) and Sydney Goodrich (132) are also in the triple digits for kills. Sarah Grainger is now over 600 assists with 616 while also adding 187 digs to her season. Lindsay Winkler recently surpassed 1,000 career digs over the weekend and holds 259 of them this year.
