GLENVILLE, W.Va. - Glenville State Men's Basketball will be back on the hardwood tomorrow (Jan. 6) at home against Penn State Fayette after a two-week break from action. The Pioneers will look to put together one more non-conference win before returning to conference play on Jan. 10.

THE OPPONENT
PENN STATE FAYETTE
The Nittany Lions enter (5-6) and are winners in their last two games. Prior to their consecutive victories, PSU had lost four in a row.
Andy Hedrick is in his third season leading the Nittany Lions. Before taking over the program, Hedrick spent 22 seasons as a HC at the high school level, winning a pair of coach of the year awards and a WPIAL Championship at Blackhawk High School. He played collegiately at PSU Altoona and has been a head or assistant coach for over 30 seasons.
Torian Jenkins is posting an impressive 24.5 PPG, 10.1 RPG and 2.8 APG for the Nittany Lions, leading the team in both scoring and rebounding. Dasilas Jones is averaging 17.2 PPG and a team leading 3.6 APG. Jenkins and Jones are the only scorers in double figures with Jahmere Richardson being the third-highest scorer on the squad, scoring 8.8 PPG.
THE PIONEERS
GLENVILLE STATE
The Pioneers come in (6-5) after defeating PSU Mont Alto 70-65 on Dec. 19.
GSU continues to be led by Seattle transfer Dominiq Penn, who is scoring 15.5 PPG. Another transfer has been productive all season for the Pioneers in Pikeville transfer Devin Collins (13.6 PPG and 5.3 RPG). Jaelin Johnson is now at 6.0 RPG to lead the rebounding efforts.
