GLENVILLE, W.Va. – Glenville State Volleyball team is looking to get back on track this week with two MEC matchups this week along with two non-conference tilts as well. The Pioneers are scheduled to be on the road at Lake Erie college on Tuesday (Oct. 22), West Liberty on Friday (Oct. 25) and Wheeling & Ohio Dominican on Saturday (Oct. 26).

LAKE ERIE
2024 Season
The Storm come into this matchup with a (5-15) record overall and a (3-6) GMAC record.

Offensively, Allison Kirch is leading the team in kills with 177 and Rori Hanken has 122. The leading setter for the Storm is Simone Schurr as she has recorded 352 assists on the year. Defensively, Brooklyn Broadway has 311 digs to lead the team and Anna Lewis has 43 blocks with Diamond Baker tallying 37.

WEST LIBERTY
2024 Season
WLU is coming into the week with a (10-11) record overall and (5-2) in Mountain East play.

Kyla White leads the Hilltoppers with 173 kills, Liv McAtee has 169 and Ashley Cudnik has 153. WLU's leading setter is Dakoda Keni and she has 424 assists so far this season. Bella Dart has 202 digs to lead the team and Riley Cudnik has 77 blocks.

WHEELING
2024 Season
The Cardinals come in with a (14-7) overall record and are (6-1) in MEC play.

Riley Kindall leads the team in kills with 260 whie Katie Wilking has recorded 182. Karly Nieson has recorded 825 assists as the Cardinals leading setter. Kindall is also active on defense, tallying 259 digs. Mady Winters is the team leader in blocks with 86 and Wilking has pitched in with 52.

OHIO DOMINICAN
2024 Season
The Panthers have a (7-11) overall record alongside a (3-4) GMAC record.

Lauren Lucas leads OHU offensively, with 187 kills and Ashley Aselage has 160. Saige Avery leads the team in assists with 419 and Gabrielle Kirker has 256 on the year. Defensively, the Panthers are led by Lauren Dinunzi with 189 digs and Liv Fenstermaker with 162. Grace Zinchuk has 59 blocks on the year and Bailey Christiansen has 50.

THE PIOINEERS
GLENVILLE STATE
2024 Season
The Pioneers enter (3-15, 1-6 MEC) after taking losses to a pair of MEC foes and Salem last week.

Rita Kelly leads the Pioneers offensively as she has 179 kills on the year. True freshman Keleigh Chrisman is second on the team with 122. Sadie Hill is the leading setter for the Pioneers, tallying 395 assists on the season. Bryanne Tustin leads the team in digs with 148 and Morgan Stephenson is second with 136. At the net, Kelly is also the leader on defense with 32 blocks with Greta Petofi recording 29 and Deniz Selen-Yazar racking up 25.
