GLENVILLE, W.Va. - The Glenville State Men's Basketball team fell to conference rival Fairmont State, 106-81, inside Joe Retton Arena tonight. The Pioneers record now stands at (4-5, 1-3 MEC).
In the first half, Devin Collins would get things started for the Pioneers with back-to-back three pointers. The Falcons answered back with a 26-5 scoring run and set the tone for the rest of the game. Due to offensive struggles, the Pioneers only scored 24 points in the first half and would have a twenty-five-point deficient going into halftime. The Pioneers ended the half shooting 33% from the field and they were out rebounded by 10.
In the second half, the Pioneers deficient climbed to as much as 31 points.
