NEW ORLEANS, La. – Glenville State Cross Country star
Natalie Barr has been named U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Atlantic Region Women's Runner of the Year, the association announced.
Barr, a junior out of Canvas, W.Va., won the Atlantic Region last Saturday (Nov. 8) at Lock Haven, qualifying for the NCAA DII Cross Country Championship. Barr also placed 3
rd at the Mountain East Conference Championship and won races at Carnegie Mellon and Swags Louisville XC Classic.
Barr will compete at Nationals on Saturday (Nov. 22) in Kenosha, Wisconsin at the
Wayne E. Dannehl National Cross Country Course. She will race at 11 a.m.
