Box Score GLENVILLE, W.Va. – Glenville State closed out its 2025 regular season Wednesday (Nov. 5) evening at Morris Stadium, falling 2-0 to Concord in front of a strong home crowd.
1st Half
Both sides opened the match with energy, as Glenville looked to build early pressure while Concord sought to control possession. The Mountain Lions broke through in the 29th minute when Tiana Campbell scored her 12th goal of the season, finishing a pass from Ella Rowell to give Concord a 1-0 advantage. The Pioneers fought to respond before halftime but were limited to one shot on target as the visitors held their lead.
2nd Half
In the 63rd minute, Concord extended its lead off a corner sequence that resulted in a team goal to make it 2-0. Glenville continued to push numbers forward late, but the Mountain Lions' defense held firm to secure the clean sheet.
