WHEELING, W.Va. - Glenville State athletes Nwando Okigbo, Tynasia Bunting and Elijah Redfern earned MEC All-Tournament honors, the league announced after the 2025 MEC Basketball Tournament. Okigbo and Bunting both landed on the women's side while Redfern was the lone men's basketball member to earn all-tournament.

Okigbo averaged 11.0 PPG, 5.0 RPG, 1.3 APG, 1.3 SPG and 1.0 BPG in the Lady Pioneers run to the MEC Tournament Championship game. Okigbo scored double figures in games against Wheeling (15 points) and West Virignia State (14 points) while grabbing eight boards against WVSU.

Bunting put together 14.3 PPG, 8.0 RPG and 1.7 APG in her three games played, reaching double digits in all three contests. She had 17 points in the championship game and 16 points in the Lady Pioneers semifinal win over WVSU. Bunting flirted with a double-double in games against West Virginia State (eight rebounds) and Fairmont State (nine rebounds).

On the men's side, Redfern averaged 20.0 PPG and 3.0 RPG while shooting 50% from both the field and three-point range in the Pioneers run to the semifinals. He finished with 21 points in their upset win over third-seeded Charleston and notched 19 points in the Pioneers defeat to eventual MEC Tournament champion, Fairmont State.
