ALLENDALE, Mich. – The Glenville State Women's Golf team finished the NCAA East Regional yesterday, finishing 8^th in the 17 team field.

MEC Player & Freshman of the Year Kerri-Anne Cook led the Pioneers with a No. 20 placement, shooting a +16 over three rounds at Meadows Golf Club. Cook progressively got better as the days moved along, going +8 in round one, +6 in round two and +2 in the final round. All-MEC First Team selections Maria Escobar (+24) and Lizzie Bickar (+25) finished T46th and T50th, respectively. Mackenzie Czapla also tied with Bickar with a +25 finish.

The Pioneers have now completed the 2024-25 season. GSU enjoyed a successful campaign, winning their third-consecutive MEC Championship with three All-MEC First Team selections and the MEC Player & Freshman of the Year.
