GLENVILLE, W.Va. – The Glenville State Football program has announced the five home sites for the 2025 season, the GSU Athletic Department announced. The Pioneers will be playing their five home games at five different sites due to the building of the Morris Family Health & Fitness Complex.
The Pioneers will open the 2025 campaign against Emory & Henry on August 30
th at Herbert Hoover High School in Elkview, W.Va. inside Herbert Hoover Stadium. Kickoff is slated for 1 p.m.
After consecutive away games and a bye week, GSU starts conference play on September 27
th with two-time defending MEC champion Charleston at Roane County High School in Spencer, W.Va. inside County Stadium with kickoff set for 1 p.m.
The following week, Glenville State and Fairmont State meet for the
Battle For The Bit on October 4
th. Kickoff will be at 1 p.m. inside RCB Eagle Stadium on the campus of Robert C. Byrd High School in Clarksburg, W.Va.
GSU returns home on October 18
th with Concord for Homecoming at Nicholas County High School in Summersville, W.Va. inside Nicholas Memorial Stadium. Kickoff will be at 1:30 p.m.
Following a pair of road games, the Pioneers close out the home portion of their schedule on November 8
th against Wheeling at Parkersburg South High School's Erickson All-Sports Facility in Parkersburg, W.Va. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. on senior day.
