ROANOKE, W.Va. - Glenville State Men's Golf took home first place in the Dr. Wally Edgell Invitational over the past two days at the Palmer course at Stonewall Resort. GSU finished in front of MEC foes Fairmont State, Charleston, Davis & Elkins and Wheeling amongst others.
The Pioneers were led by
Irtaza Hussain as he finished plus five and 5th overall after three rounds,
Daiki Aiura was plus six and 7th overall while
Hector Arriaga notched a plus eight finish and
Daniel De Quintal was plus ten.
Other notables include
Gervasio Leyes (+13),
Ethan Hardy (+16) and
Landon Bennett (+28).
