GREENSBURG, Pa. - The Glenville State Men's Golf team took home fourth-place in the 15-team tournament at the Hannastown Collegiate Invitational on Tuesday (Sept. 23).
GSU finished 4th behind PSAC opponents Pitt Johnstown, California (Pa.) and IUP but finished ahead of all MEC foes in the event including Wheeling, Davis & Elkins, Fairmont State and West Liberty.
The Pioneers were led by Fermin Perez Santandrea, Hector Arriaga and Daiki Aiura, who all finished tied for 21st at plus 16. Daniel De Quintal (+17), Gerva Leyes Lasmartres (+21) and Irtaza Hussain (+26) also helped lead GSU to a strong finish.
