THE OPPONENTS
FROSTBURG STATE
2025 Season
The Bobcats (3-3-1, 1-2-1 MEC) have shown both offensive power and inconsistency through their first seven matches, picking up a decisive 6-0 win over West Liberty while dropping close contests to Fairmont State (1-0) and Point Park (2-1). They also battled Wheeling to a 1-1 draw.

Quick Look at The Bobcats
Frostburg's attack is led by Cassidy Paige, the team's top goal scorer with three goals this fall. Carly Gillette and Emma Hostetler provide secondary scoring threats, while Elena Fernandez has supplied creativity in the midfield. Despite their talent, the Bobcats have yet to secure a win away from home in conference play.

POINT PARK
2025 Season
Point Park (4-2-1, 3-1 MEC) has been one of the MEC's early surprises, winning three of its first four league contests. The Pioneers defeated Wheeling (2-0), Salem (10-0) and West Liberty (5-1) before narrowly falling 2-1 at Fairmont State. They bounced back with a 2-1 Homecoming victory over Frostburg State.

Quick Look at The Pioneers
The attack centers around Rebecca Pihlgren, who has already netted five goals. Sterre Kuijper and Paula Solé have also contributed heavily in the final third, while Martina Cardemil adds balance as both a scorer and provider. Playing at Highmark Stadium, Point Park has been especially dangerous on its home turf.

THE PIONEERS
GLENVILLE STATE
2025 Season
The Pioneers (1-5-1, 1-3-1 MEC) enter the week unbeaten in their last two matches, including a 3-0 victory over West Virginia Wesleyan and a 1-1 draw on the road at Davis & Elkins. Glenville has shown steady growth on both sides of the field, creating more consistent chances while tightening up defensively.

Quick Look at The Pioneers
The attack has been paced by Valentina Quiroz, who scored twice in the win over Wesleyan, and Solares Solano, who netted the equalizer at D&E. Margaux Fernandez provided a highlight-reel goal in the Wesleyan match, while goalkeeper Lucia Lopez continues to be a steady presence in net. With confidence building, the Pioneers will look to extend their unbeaten streak against two more MEC foes.
