Casteel Announces the Signing of 32 Mid-Year Additions

GLENVILLE, W.Va. – Glenville State Football first-year head coach Jake Casteel has announced the signing of 32 mid-year additions to the 2026 roster.
 
Casteel and his staff signed 30 transfers and two prep athletes to the first-ever transfer class in the Casteel Era. The Pioneers added 12 from the Division I ranks, 14 from Division II schools, two via Division III, one from NAIA and a JUCO talent.
 
Offensively, there were two quarterbacks, two running backs, seven wide receivers, one tight end and two offensive lineman added to Casteel's first Pioneer roster. On the defensive side of the ball, the staff signed 11 defensive backs, four linebackers and three defensive lineman.
