Moa Lindgren,
Elaina Seeley and
Sydney Ater earned All-Conference honors at the conclusion of the MEC Spring Classic, as Lindgren and Seeley were All-MEC First Team and Ater landed on the Second Team. In addition to her first team nod, Lindgren was the 2025-26 Mountain East Conference Freshman of the Year.
The annual spring golf event, held Sunday and Monday at Green Hills Country Club in Fairmont, West Virginia, determined the MEC's top individual honors: Player of the Year, Freshman of the Year, and all-conference teams. The awards were determined by individual performances during five MEC-sponsored rounds of golf, three of which occurred during the fall at Cobb Course at the Resort at Glade Springs, combined with the two-day event at Green Hills.
Lindgren, who hails from Klagerup, Sweden, averaged an 81.6 over the five rounds of MEC-sponsored golf between the MEC Fall Championship and MEC Spring Classic. Lindgren totaled a 408 over the two events to also earn All-MEC First Team while helping GSU to a second place finish.
Seeley, who was All-Tournament at the MEC Fall Championship, finished ninth at the MEC Spring Classic and fifth at the MEC Fall Championship, logging a (+27) at Glade Springs and (+22) at Green Hills.
Ater was tied for 14
th at the MEC Spring Classic but finished in the top 10 at No. 8 in the MEC Fall Championship. She shot a (+37) in the fall and (+26) in the spring to round out the Pioneers who earned recognition from the league.
