CHARLESTON, W.Va. - The Glenville State Pioneer Track & Field teams competed at the Golden Eagle Invitational in Charleston on Friday (Apr. 3) and took away three school records, two national provisional marks and 24 personal bests.

SCHOOL RECORDS
Janae Scott threw a new personal best in the discus of 46.68m and took the school record
Will Jackson threw 57.51m in the hammer throw and is now the school record holder
Natalie Barr competed in the 1500m run to take the school record with a time of 4:34

NEW PERSONAL BESTS
Dustin Williams threw a personal best in the discus with a mark of 38.28m
Hunter Goddard had a pair of personal bests in the discus (39.98m) and the hammer throw (41.11m)
Landon Griffith raced in the 800m run and set a new personal best with a time of 2:01
Mikey Galaviz had a mark of 3.30m in pole vault and set a new personal best
Abby Dixon is now third all-time on the 800m run with a time of 2:24
Marah Erkkinen set a new personal best in the 800m run with a time of 2:32
Braden Hashman set a new personal bet in the 110m hurdles with a time of 14.53
Jackson Mallett set a new personal best in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 10:01
Fatima Amaya-Diaz threw a new personal best in the hammer throw with a mark of 39.16m
Zhamir Bushnell raced twice and set personal bests in both the 100m dash (11.07) and the 200m dash (22.37)
Chase Livengood set a personal best in the 100m dash with a time of 11.18
Lance Busse raced a new personal best in the 10000m run with a time of 34:15
Ella Austin is now fourth all-time in the 10000m run with a time of 41:26
Daniel Kargol set a new personal best in the 1500m run with a time of 4:26
Cameron Maurer raced in the 1500m and set a new personal best with a time of 4:49
Katie Hicks is now second all-time in the 1500m run with a time of 4:52
Nick Pitchford set a new personal best in the 5000m run with a time of 15:07

Up Next For The Pioneers
The Pioneers will make the trek up to Lewisburg, Pa. to compete at the Bucknell Outdoor Classic on Saturday (Apr.11) and Sunday (Apr.12).
