JOHNSTOWN, Pa. - Glenville State Men's Golf standout Hector Arriaga has punched his ticket to the 2026 NCAA DII Men's Golf Championships with a third place finish at this week's Atlantic/East Regional in Johnstown, Pa. The Pioneers finished fourth out of 20 teams, narrowly missing out on qualifying as a team for Nationals.

Arriaga's 3rd place nod came after he shot (+1) over the three rounds using a strong third round to jump four spots and punch his ticket to Boulder City, Nevada. Fermin Perez Santandrea tied for 16th with his (+6) score and Gervasio Leyes (+12) tied for 45th place with fellow teammate Daiki Aiura. Segundo del Carril shot (+14) and tied for 51st to round of the Pioneer finishers.
