Glenville, W.Va. – The Glenville State Lady Pioneers volleyball team fell at home on Friday night to the Shepherd University Rams, 3-0.

The Rams took set one, 25-12. However in the second set the Lady Pioneers would get off to a fast start but ended up dropping the second set, 25-18. And in the third and final set of the game Shepherd took it, 25-14.

Angelica Nichols led GSC in kills with five on the night while Bailey Hanson finished with four kills and three digs. Allison Parski had a team high 10 assists while Bailey Brawner had a team high 11 digs.

Shepherd was led by Christine Jackson as she had a game high nine kills.

Glenville State (0-13, 0-1) will return to action Tuesday, September 27^th as they travel to Elkins, West Virginia as they battle Davis & Elkins at 7:00 p.m.
