Glenville, W.Va. - The GSC Pioneer Boxing team had an excellent night as they hosted the War in the Waco V this past Saturday evening. 

The show had seven exciting bouts with four different boxing clubs along with two schools, Glenville State College and West Virginia University. 

Glenville State had four fighters in the show and the Pioneers ended the evening going 3-1 overall. 

In the first bout of the evening, GSC's Jacob Pethtel lost to WVU's Will Lopez as the ref stopped the fight in the second round. 

Then Isaac Hesse of GSC Boxing won by a split decision defeating Brayden Johnson of Hardknocks Boxing. 

Tyrone Russ Jr., of GSC Boxing, then put on a show as he defeated Jeremy Savage of TKO Boxing as the Pioneers picked up their second victory of the night.

Then in the main event of the evening and in his last match in the Waco Center  Francois Fernandez Scarboro Jr.of GSC Boxing defeated Tyler Sosa of WVU Boxing in an thrilling fight.
