Glenville, W.VA. – The Lady Pioneers end their Homecoming series in a loss to the Blue Knights of Urbana University. GSC would fall in three straight sets (25-18), (25-16) and (25-19).
 
In the firsts set, the Lady Pioneers would fight point by point to maintain a tied match eight all before Urbana would take the lead at 11-8. The Blue Knights would extend their lead by seven to which Urbana collect the set 25-18. Jazaray Clark-Cast, Skylar Mace and Karlei Shaver would each have four kills in the set. Hannah McKown and Madison Shepherd would both have three digs each
 
Urbana would use their momentum to take a quick 7-1 lead against GSC, and continue to lead six points throughout the set. Urbana would take the set 25-16. Clark-Casto would tally another five kills in the set.
 
In the third and final set, the Blue Knights would continue their drive to retain another seven- point lead. GSC's defense could not hold compete with UU as they fall 25-19.
 
Clark Casto would reach a total of 12 kills on the day.
 
McKown would gather 13 digs on the day along with Kenzie Johnson at with 11
 
The Blue and White will return to the court in a conference match up at Frostburg State University October 25^th at 7pm.
