Glenville, W.Va. – The Glenville State Men's Basketball program will travel to Fairmont, West Virginia December 15th at 4pm to face off against the Falcons of Fairmont State to play for the first place position.

The Pioneers come into the contest improving their season to 7-2 overall and 4-1 in conference as they defeated the Frostburg State Bobcats earlier in the week 119-89
 
Fairmont State conquered  Concord University 91-67 placing both the Pioneers and the Falcons in first place with an overall 9-1, 4-1 MEC
 
Pioneer Highlights
 
The Pioneers lead second in Division 2 in offensive rebounds averaging 16.67 per game and third in offensive scoring averaging 101.4 a night.
 
The Blue and White also lead fifth overall in total steals and turnover margin with 103 and 7.7, respectively.
 
Seth Fallon sits third overall in the Division with a 4.50 assist/turnover ratio.
 
Phil Bledsoe leads first in the conference in scoring and 12^th in the division averaging 23.8 points. Bledsoe also sits 11^th with total double-doubles with five on the season.


Ty Robinson and Hegel Augustin lead first in blocked shots and steals with 23 and 22, respectively.

The Pioneers will return home to face off against the Tigers of Salem University, Thursday December 19^th at 1pm in the Waco Center
