GLENVILLE, W.Va. – Glenville State's Men's Basketball team hosts Fairmont State, on Monday afternoon in the Waco Center. It will the renewal of a rivalry that has spanned over a century.
Coach Justin Caldwell's squad enters the contest 3-4 overall, and 1-3 in the MEC. Fairmont enters the game 7-1 overall, and 5-1 in the MEC. The Falcons are ranked 17th in the Division-II.
Glenville's John Williams JR. leads the league in scoring at 24.7 points per game. He is followed by Fairmont's Isaiah Sanders who is second at 24.6.
GSC point guard Nick Edwards leads the league at 6.86 assists per game, and is third in steals at 2.57.
Tip-off is set for 2:00 on the Waco Center's McPherson Court.
