ELKINS, W.Va. - The Glenville State Volleyball team earned a clean sweep of the Davis & Elkins Senators tonight on the road. The Pioneers were able to capture the first two sets 25-13 and the third set 26-24. 

GSU only held a two-point lead at 14-12 in the first set but outscored the Senators 11-1 to close out the set. In the next set, the Pioneers came out firing with nine points unanswered. The hot start helped push Glenville State to a second set win. In the closing set, both squads traded the lead but it would be GSU who came out victorious to take the match 3-0. 

The Final Stats 
Rita Kelly had 11 kills to lead the Pioneers. Katarzyna Niderla added nine and Sydney Goodrich finished with eight. Sarah Grainger put together 30 assists and Lindsay Winkler recorded 20 digs in the victory. 

Logan Haught and Melisa Ozsar both had five kills for the Senators. Keira Robinson finished with 19 assists and Rhaya Harwell corralled 10 digs in the defeat.
